在实际拉速1.42m/min的实际工况下,通过漏钢坯壳获得了板坯连铸结晶器中坯壳的立体形貌,且对其凝固壳厚度分布进行了仔细测定。根据测定结果,分析了板坯宽面和窄面上的凝固差别,且给出了沿宽面和窄面中心线凝固比例系数的变化。坯壳的立体形貌和详实的凝固壳厚度分布数据给连铸过程数值模拟提供了宝贵的验证依据。
Under the actual working condition of pulling speed 1.42m / min, the solid shape of the shell in the slab continuous casting mold was obtained by the steel shell, and the thickness distribution of the solidified shell was carefully measured. According to the measurement results, the difference of solidification on the slab wide and narrow sides is analyzed, and the change of the solidification ratio coefficient along the centerline of the slab and the narrow face is given. The three-dimensional morphology of the shell and detailed shell thickness distribution data provide valuable verification for the numerical simulation of the continuous casting process.
