对ZA27合金和ZCuSn10P1在室温下的力学性能和低周疲劳性能进行了测试,得到了两种材料在恒应变幅试验下的循环应力-应变曲线。并对两种材料的疲劳试件断口进行了分析,结果表明:ZA27合金表现为循环软化,疲劳断口为准解理。ZCuSn10P1表现为循环硬化,疲劳断口以韧窝和疲劳辉纹为主。
The mechanical properties and low cycle fatigue properties of ZA27 alloy and ZCuSn10P1 were tested at room temperature, and the cyclic stress-strain curves of the two materials under constant strain amplitude test were obtained. The fatigue fracture of the two kinds of materials was analyzed. The results show that the ZA27 alloy behaves as cyclic softening and fatigue fracture as the basis for cleavage. ZCuSn10P1 showed cyclic hardening, fatigue fracture with dimples and fatigue-based.
