结果:手术时间:A组(13.30±3.25)min,B组(16.26±2.81)min,P<0.01;术后前房反应:A组2例瞳孔领出现渗出,B组3例瞳孔领出现渗出,P>0.05;并发症的发生:A组1 a时无一例出现瞳孔上移,B组1 a时4例出现瞳孔上移,P<0.01。结论:双路角膜微切口治疗婴幼儿先天性白内障省时,简便,可降低并发症的发生。
Objective: To compare the difference of double corneal micro-incision in the treatment of infant congenital cataract and general surgical methods. Methods: 40 cases of congenital cataract infants and toddlers were divided into A and B groups, 20 cases in group A were treated by vitrectomy and double-corneal micro-incision method, 20 cases in group B were operated by traditional surgical method, Time, postoperative anterior chamber reaction, postoperative complications compared the difference between the two. Results: The time of operation was 13.30 ± 3.25 min in group A and 16.26 ± 2.81 min in group B, P <0.01. The anterior chamber reaction was exudative in 2 patients in group A and 3 in group B Exudation, P> 0.05; complications occurred: A group 1 a no pupil up at 1 a, 4 cases in group B pupil up, P <0.01. Conclusion: Dual corneal micro-incision in the treatment of infant congenital cataracts is time-saving and simple, which can reduce the incidence of complications.
