汞矿中汞的测定,一般常用的是沙乌柯夫蒸馏容量法.此法在蒸馏过程中汞不能完全蒸发且冷凝不彻底,致使结果偏低,又测定范围窄、劳动强度大、汞害严重等.我们通过试验,拟定了1:1逆王水溶样,用酒石酸于碱性溶液中络合铁,在四氯化碳存在下,用铜试剂溶液萃取滴定。测定手续: 称取0.1—1克试样于50毫升锥瓶中,加1:1逆王水10毫升,盖上小漏斗,置电热板上加热至微沸10分钟。取下洗净小漏斗,快速过滤于250升锥瓶中,用水洗3—5次,控制总体积约50毫升。加5毫升10%酒石酸溶液、1毫升0.01%醋酸铜溶液,用1:1氨水调节pH>8、液色变化
