研究了10.6μm连续波激光辐照下MgF2材料的破坏效应。MgF2晶体试件直径50mm,厚8mm,表面为光学面。实验用CO2激光器输出功率100~1000W可调。实验表明,不同的激光辐射功率对MgF2试件产生的破坏效应也不同。本文对破坏过程的物理现象进行了观察和分析.
The destructive effect of MgF2 under 10.6μm CW laser irradiation was studied. MgF2 crystal specimen diameter 50mm, thickness 8mm, the surface of the optical surface. Experimental CO2 laser output power 100 ~ 1000W adjustable. Experiments show that different laser radiation power of MgF2 specimens produced by the destruction of different effects. This article has observed and analyzed the physical phenomenon of the destruction process.
