近年来,随着我国工业的蓬勃发展,液压件需求日渐增多,在工业行业发挥着越来越重要的作用。作为液压件加工中常见的质量瑕疵,毛刺的存在对液压件的质量有着较大的影响,它可能降低系统精密度、影响液压件密封性能、阻塞油路,从而引发系统故障。本文分析了人工去毛刺、研磨去毛刺、化学去毛刺、热能去毛刺、超声波去毛刺、优化工艺流程等常见的方法,以期为去毛刺光整工艺的发展提供有益的经验总结。
In recent years, with the vigorous development of our country’s industry, the demand of hydraulic parts is increasing day by day, playing an increasingly important role in the industrial field. As a common quality defect in the machining of hydraulic parts, the existence of burrs has a great influence on the quality of the hydraulic parts. It may reduce the precision of the system, affect the sealing performance of the hydraulic parts, block the oil passage and cause the system failure. This article analyzes the common methods of artificial deburring, grinding deburring, chemical deburring, thermal deburring, ultrasonic deburring, and optimizing the process flow, in order to provide useful experience for the development of deburring finishing process.
