一、引论:信用及其本质(一)约略而论,信用一词在伦理学、社会学、经济学等多学科均被使用。在伦理学上,它是指诚实守信、践行诺言,是善的体现,是一种美好的德行。无论是东方传统的儒家思想,还是西方最重要的道德经典—《圣经》,都反复强调信用对一个人的重要性。认为一个人如果失去了信用的话,就失去了换取他人信用的资本,无法进行交互行为。在社会学意义上,信用是一种心理状态,是人类在自身历史发展历程中的一种心理选择,是对理性不足的补充。“信任是一种态度,相信某人的行为或周围的秩序符合自己的愿望。它可以表现为三种期待:对自然与社会的秩序性,对合作伙伴
