面神经麻痹的主要原因是肿胀压迫。为研究面神经受压时逆行性诱发电位的变化,将微量玻璃吸管插入记录电极和刺激部位的面神经管中,以压迫面神经。12只豚鼠中有5只豚鼠,在压迫神经2分钟时三相波消失,或变成单相波。解除压迫后,三相波复现,但潜伏期延长,此后逐渐缩短。当动物窒息时,三相波可持续存在3~7分钟。由此认为,面神经受压导致三相波的消失及可逆性变化,是由于压迫造成的神经传导障碍,而不是由于神经组织缺
The main reason for facial paralysis is swelling and compression. To study the changes of retrograde evoked potentials during facial nerve compression, a microporous glass pipette was inserted into the facial nerve canal of the recording electrode and stimulation site to compress the facial nerve. Twelve guinea pigs had five guinea pigs that disappeared when the nerve was compressed for two minutes or turned into a single-phase wave. After the lifting of the oppression, the three-phase wave appeared again, but the incubation period was prolonged and then gradually shortened. Three-phase waves persist for 3 to 7 minutes when animals are asphyxiated. Therefore, facial nerve compression led to the disappearance of three-phase wave and reversible changes, due to compression caused by nerve conduction disorders, rather than due to lack of nerve tissue
