我参加中功的静修活动是从去年七月开始的,至今已有9次了,每次都有不少的感触和收获,现从炼养角度谈一谈我的切身体验和小得:学到了新的养炼技术和知识。每次静修节都有新的指导内容,说实在话,有不少练功常识,我是从静修中得知的。比如以往练功后感到两腿乏力,久久不知其因。后来从静修指导得知,是由于练功时间短,或休息时间不够所致。再如我的腰腿经常痛,总以为是骨质增生,可是拍片子又不显影。静修指导中说,腰腿痛与肾有关,气血不和,肾精亏虚或受寒湿。我才恍然大悟。通过伸腰转脊法、魔掌疗法、按摩法等便可治愈。

Meditation guide said, low back pain and kidney-related, qi and blood, kidney essence deficiency or cold and wet. I suddenly realized. By stretching the law to turn the spine, clutching therapy, massage, etc. can be cured.
