阳极氧化可提高钛的耐蚀性。为了探求最佳耐蚀氮化膜的生成条件,作者分别在(NH_4)_2SO_4、K_2SO_4、(NH_4)_2CO_3、KOH、H_3PO_4+H_3BO_3及K_2SO_4+KOH等溶液中,对钛进行了不同电压、不同时间下的阳极氧化,并将各种条件下钝化后的钛在同样条件下比较其耐蚀性,从而获得了最佳耐蚀膜的生成条件。在最佳耐蚀膜生成条件下钝化后的钛其耐蚀性可提高20倍。
Anodizing improves the corrosion resistance of titanium.
