《意见》的出台既是对试点工作成绩经验的认真总结也是对深化试点工作的重要规范对于确保农村社区建设健康发展至关重要中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅日前印发了《关于深入推进农村社区建设试点工作的指导意见》(以下简称《意见》),这是中央层面出台的首个推进农村社区建设的政策文件。《意见》充分体现了十八大以来中央对农村工作的精神,有针对性地提出了深化农村社区建设试点工作的新要求
