第二次世界大战结束以后,随着朝鲜半岛摆脱日本的殖民统治恢复独立,日本与朝鲜半岛之间产生了诸多亟待解决的外交问题。这些外交问题中,有的在占领时期经盟国占领当局之手得到了处理。遣返在朝鲜北方的日本人及处理日本财产的问题,就是经苏军占领当局和“北朝鲜临时人民委员会”之手得到处理的。 After the Second World War ended, as the Korean Peninsula freed itself from its colonial rule and regained its independence, many diplomatic issues that needed urgent solution had emerged between Japan and the Korean Peninsula. Some of these diplomatic issues were dealt with by the occupation authorities of the allied countries during the occupation. The repatriation of Japanese people in North Korea and the handling of Japanese property was handled by the Soviet occupation authorities and the “North Korean Provisional People’s Committee.”
