校本研修是推进基础教育新课程改革,促进教师专业成长的成功之路。通过对我县义务教育学校进行了关于校本研修现状的问卷调查,发现了农村学校在开展校本研修活动中存在的问题,有了一个清醒的认识,也引发了一些理性的思考。只要对校本研修的认识有了进一步的提高,管理制度进一步完善,进一步加强队伍建设,加大经费投入力度,充分发挥专业引领作用,运用灵活多样的研修形式,以课题研究为抓手,做到边实践、边研究、边总结,不断探索,升级为理论,就可以让山区农村学校的校本研修逐步走上成功之路。 School-based training is to promote the reform of new curriculum in basic education, promote the professional growth of teachers, the road to success. Through the questionnaire survey on the status quo of school-based training in compulsory education schools in our county, we found the problems existing in the school-based training activities in rural schools.
