环境正义思想产生和发展的现实缘由主要在于生态问题引发的人——自然——社会之间的多层次矛盾。文章阐释了环境正义的属性和原则,提出在生态文明建设中,实现环境正义的路径:循环经济和生态政治。
The realistic reason for the emergence and development of environmental justice thoughts lies mainly in the multi-level contradictions between people, nature and society triggered by ecological problems. The article explains the attributes and principles of environmental justice and puts forward the path of realizing environmental justice in the construction of ecological civilization: circular economy and ecological politics.
