为研究开发鳗鱼高效环保型饲料添加剂,选择中草药、酶制剂、半胱胺盐酸盐(CSH)及这3种添加剂的不同组合、不同配比,添加到基础鳗料中,投喂欧洲鳗,试验时间均为8周,观察不同添加剂与组合对欧洲鳗生长和免疫力的影响。结果表明:中草药、酶制剂、CSH都具有提高欧洲鳗免疫力的作用(P<0.05),中草药、CSH还具有促生长作用(P<0.05),本试验中,以中草药的效果最好;3种添加剂的组合有显著的促生长和提高欧洲鳗免疫力的作用(P<0.05),试验组5号比对照组增重率提高31.67%,饲料系数降低13.12%(P<0.05),试验组6号比5号除增重率较低外,饲料系数、蛋白质效率、免疫活性(溶菌酶、超氧化物歧化酶)两者差异不显著(P>0.05),考虑到添加成本和数量,以试验组6号的组合较好。
In order to research and develop the eel efficient and environment-friendly feed additive, Chinese herbal medicine, enzyme preparation, cysteamine hydrochloride (CSH) and different combinations of the three additives were selected and added to the basic eel materials at different ratios to feed the European eel, The test duration was 8 weeks. The effects of different additives and combinations on the growth and immunity of European eels were observed. The results showed that Chinese herbal medicine, enzyme preparation and CSH all had the effect of improving the immunity of European eels (P <0.05). Chinese herbal medicine and CSH also had the effect of promoting growth (P <0.05). In this experiment, Chinese herbal medicine had the best effect. 3 (P <0.05). The weight gain rate of experimental group 5 was increased by 31.67% and feed coefficient was decreased by 13.12% (P <0.05) than that of the control group. The experimental group No significant difference was found in feed coefficient, protein efficiency, immunocompetence (lysozyme, superoxide dismutase) between 6 and 5 (P> 0.05) except for the weight gain rate. Considering the cost and quantity of addition, Test group 6 combination is better.
