目的创新高职临床医学专业人体解剖学实验课的教学及考核方法 ,提高学生的职业能力,培养基层医疗卫生亟需的应用型人才。方法采用解剖学知识与临床操作有机结合(工学结合)的实验教学及考核模式,通过具体案例分析和临床基本操作等方法,将人体解剖学的学习融入临床操作中,使学生体会到学有所用。结果通过在2013级、2014级临床医学专业部分学生中的实施,得到师生的好评。结论该结合模式,使学生较早介入临床,提高了学生的学习兴趣和质量,又突出了教学过程的职业性和实践性。培养的人才更加符合临床工作岗位需求。
Objective To innovate the teaching and assessment methods of the human body anatomy experimental class of clinical medicine in higher vocational schools so as to improve students’ occupational ability and cultivate the practical talents urgently needed by grassroots medical and health care institutions. Methods Using the experimental teaching and assessment mode of combining anatomical knowledge with clinical practice, the study of human anatomy was integrated into the clinical practice by means of specific case analysis and clinical basic operation, so that the students learned how to learn . The result was praised by teachers and students through the implementation of some of the students in 2013 and 2014 clinical medicine. Conclusion The combination mode makes students intervene in the clinic earlier, improve students’ interest and quality of learning, and emphasize the professionalism and practicality of the teaching process. Training personnel more in line with clinical job needs.
