中国旅游业的飞速发展,促使对酒店专业人才的要求越来越高,为使高职酒店管理专业学生能顺利就业,并成为受酒店企业欢迎的人才,对学生职业素养的培养至关重要。通过对目前高职院校酒店管理专业学生职业素养培养现状的分析,参考相关领域的理论,提出当前高职酒店管理专业学生职业素养的培养途径。 With the rapid development of China’s tourism industry, the demand for hotel professionals is getting higher and higher. In order to make the employment of hotel management majors in higher vocational schools a success, and to become the welcome talents of hotel enterprises, it is very important for the cultivation of students’ professional accomplishments. By analyzing the current situation of professionalism cultivation of Hospitality Management students in higher vocational colleges, reference is made to the theory of relevant fields, and the ways to cultivate Hospitality Management specialty students in vocational colleges are proposed.
