在农村,老百姓习惯上把靠个人专业特长发家致富的人,统称为能人。做好在致富能人中发展党员的工作,是改善农村党员队伍结构、提高农村党员队伍整体素质、加快推进新农村建设的现实需要。但在个别村党支部发展党员时,却迟迟不把向支部递交了入党申请书的致富能人列为发展对象。
In rural areas, people are accustomed to relying on personal expertise to make fortune, collectively referred to as capable. Doing well the work of developing Party members among those who are able to get rich is the realistic need of improving the ranks of Party members in rural areas, improving the overall quality of the party members in rural areas and accelerating the building of new rural areas. However, when developing individual party members in individual village Party branches, they have not yet made it a target for them to become rich people who have submitted party applications to branches.
