目的 :研究眶内侧壁血管神经孔的变化情况及位置关系 ,补充人体调查资料 ,并为眶内侧壁血管结扎术及筛窦切除术提供解剖学参数。方法 :总结眶内侧壁血管神经孔的变化情况 ;采用游标卡尺分别测量左右两侧各孔间的相对距离并进行比较。结果 :穿经眶内侧壁的血管神经孔 ,二孔者所占比例为左 5 4 .12 % ,右 5 6.4 9% ,三孔者所占比例为左 4 2 .35 % ,右 4 1.18%四孔者所占比例为左 3.5 3% ,右 2 .33% ,未发现有单孔者。各孔间距离分别为Dacryon点—筛前孔 :左 17.73± 1.5 5mm ,右 17.5 2± 1.85mm ;筛前孔—筛后孔 :左 14.37± 1.4 6mm ,右 14.4 0± 1.76mm ;筛前孔—副筛动脉孔 :左 9.84± 2 .0 2mm ,右 9.76± 1.5 5mm。结论 :眶内侧壁血管神经孔的出现率以二孔最多 ,三孔次之 ,左右两侧对比 ,各孔出现率及两孔间距离统计学无显著差异。Dacryon点至筛前孔 ,筛前孔至筛后孔 ,筛前孔至副筛动脉孔的距离为手术止血提供参考依据。
OBJECTIVE: To study the changes and location of vascular orifices in the orbital wall and to supplement human investigation data. The anatomic parameters of the orbital wall ligation and ethmoid sinus resection were also provided. Methods: To summarize the changes of the orifices of the orbital wall. The relative distances between the left and right sides were measured by vernier calipers and compared with each other. Results: The ratio of the two holes was 54.4% of the left and 5 6.49% of the right in the vascular nerve hole passing through the medial orbital wall. The proportions of the three holes were left 4 2 .35% and right 4 1.18% Four holes accounted for the left 3.5 3%, right 2.33%, no single hole was found. The distance between the holes were Dacryon point - anterior sieve hole: the left 17.73 ± 1.5 5mm, the right 17.5 2 ± 1.85mm; sieve before the hole - sieve hole: left 14.37 ± 1.4 6mm, right 14.4 0 ± 1.76mm; - Vice sieve arterial hole: Left 9.84 ± 2 .0 2mm, right 9.76 ± 1.5 5mm. CONCLUSION: The appearance rate of intraorbital vascular wall neurovial orifice is the largest with two holes, the third hole followed by the left and right sides, the appearance rate of each hole and the distance between the two holes have no significant difference. Dacryon point to the screen before the hole, screen before the hole to the hole sieve, screen before the hole to the secondary screen artery to provide a reference for surgical hemostasis.
