企业文化是企业的精神载体;企业精神是企业的灵魂。企业要发展,抓好企业文化建设至关重要。企业工会在企业文化建设中,如何发挥作用,这是人们在探讨的一个问题。笔者认为,工会要想在企业文化的建设中发挥好作用,首先是寓教于乐,开展好各种文化、体育、培训、竞赛活动;其次,关心职工生活,维护职工合法权益,强化企业文化建设。然后,抓先进、树典型,推动企业丈化建设发展。最后,为企业文化建设提供保障。这样才能达到人企合一、共同发展的目的。
