阿尔珀斯美术史研究对艺术人类学方法的使用非常具有典型性和代表性。因为艺术作品有时必须要放到当时的社会历史语境当中才能解释清楚,所以学者应当重视艺术的发生现场、艺术家、艺术作品在当时的意义和作用,关注当时的文化和社会生活。本文以阿尔珀斯美术史研究为例,尝试让那些没有读过阿尔珀斯著作的读者也能了解艺术人类学在美术史研究中所发挥的作用,对读者的研究和写作产生一定的启示和借鉴意义。
The use of art-anthropological methods by Alpers art history research is very typical and representative. Because sometimes the works of art must be clearly explained in the social and historical context at that time, scholars should pay attention to the significance and function of the scene of the occurrence of the arts, artists and works at that time, and pay attention to the cultural and social life at that time.
