1 前言陕西是红枣主产省份之一。栽培历史悠久,品种资源丰富。有众多的专家、学者对枣树开展了多方面的研究工作,但对不同品种枣果的维生素 C 含量尚缺乏系统研究和报道。为此,我们于1989年开始用2年时间对陕西主要枣树品种果实 Vc 含量进行分析测定,以期为进一步开发利用枣树资源提供依据。
1 Introduction Shaanxi is one of the main provinces of jujube. Cultivation has a long history and rich variety of resources. There are many experts and scholars on jujube tree carried out a wide range of research work, but different varieties of jujube fruit vitamin C content is still lack of systematic research and reports. To this end, we started in 1989 with two years of fruit jujube variety in Shaanxi Vc content analysis and determination, in order to provide a basis for further development and utilization of jujube resources.
