幼儿园混龄教育是一种特殊的教育组织模式,基于皮亚杰、维果斯基、班杜拉等人的理论,有其存在的必要性与可能性。目前国内不少幼儿园都开始探索混龄教育,但存在形式化严重、操作不系统、忽视幼儿自身需求等问题。基于此,以儿童为中心对活动过程进行合理的规划,构建满足儿童需求的符合我国幼儿园实际的混龄教育应成为今后幼儿园混龄教育的发展方向。
Kindergarten mixed age education is a special mode of education organization. Based on the theories of Piaget, Vygotsky, Bandura and others, it has its own necessity and possibility. At present, many kindergartens in China are beginning to explore mixed-age education, but there are some problems such as serious formalization, unsound operation and neglect of their own needs. Based on this, taking children as the center, it is necessary to rationally plan the process of activities and to build a mixed-age education that meets the needs of children in China and which meets the actual needs of our country’s kindergartens should become the development direction of mixed-ages education in kindergartens in the future.
