我们关注学生学习的自信心、学习动机及学习压力等,真正将自主自动、快乐自信还给男孩女孩。当今社会,在以独生子女为主的学生群中,我们不难发现较多孩子有“以自我为中心”的倾向:有的孩子备受溺爱,养成依赖性强、独立性差的性情;有些孩子生性较孤僻,不易合群;大多数孩子责任心不够强等。学校超过40%的随迁子女在兴趣培养、习惯养成等方面存在一定的偏差。因此,需要通过设立和创设一些活动或情景来改善和引导孩子们养成良好的与人交往、竞争、互助、互学等好品质。我们确立了“阳光下的男孩女孩们”作为嘉定区新优质学校推进项目,统整学校学生层面上所有活动,把它置身于绿色指标
