Objective: To investigate the relationship between adhesion molecule CD44 and tumor suppressor gene nm2 3 and invasion and metastasis of breast cancer. METHODS: The expression of CD44 V6 and nm2 3- H1 genes in 30 cases of breast cancer and 10 cases of benign breast tumors were detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results: The expressions of CD44 V6 and nm2 3- H1 in breast cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in breast benign tumors; the positive expression of CD44 V6 and nm2 3- H1 was closely related to the clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of breast cancer, but it was closely related to breast cancer. The pathological type has nothing to do. Conclusion : The abnormal expression of CD44 V6 and nm2 3- H1 is an important molecular change in the development, invasion and metastasis of breast cancer. Simultaneous detection of both can better predict the degree of progression and the judgment of lymph node metastasis.
