在有效厚度相同的前提下设计了两种不同截面形状的混凝土试件,测量了为期181 d的收缩与徐变变形,研究了截面形状对早龄期混凝土时变变形的影响。试验结果表明:现行规范中所使用的有效厚度并不能全面阐释构件的截面形状和尺寸对混凝土时变变形的影响。在相同有效厚度条件下,相对于方形截面柱,薄板的早期时变变形发展速度快,后期当混凝土内部的水分与外界环境达到平衡以后,截面形状对时变变形的影响变弱,长期来看在相同应力比条件下不同截面形状混凝土试件的时变变形基本一致。由此可知,在高层建筑结构施工过程中需重视截面形状对其竖向变形差的影响。
Under the same effective thickness, two kinds of concrete specimens with different cross-sections were designed and the 181-day shrinkage and creep deformation were measured. The effect of cross-section shape on the deformation of aged concrete was studied. The experimental results show that the effective thickness used in the current code does not fully explain the influence of the cross-sectional shape and size of the component on the time-dependent deformation of concrete. Under the same effective thickness, compared with the square cross-section column, the early deformation of the plate develops rapidly. When the water content in the concrete reaches the equilibrium with the external environment, the influence of cross-section shape on the time-varying deformation becomes weaker. In the long run Under the same stress ratio, the time-dependent deformation of concrete specimens with different cross-sections is basically the same. Thus we can see that in the high-rise building structure construction process, the importance of cross-sectional shape of the vertical deformation of the poor.
