目的用单细胞凝胶电泳试验(single cell gel electrophoresis,SCGE)检测雄性小鼠染毒MDMA后睾丸组织DNA的损伤。方法设MDMA低、中、高三个剂量组及阴性对照组(生理盐水),灌胃染毒14 d后,取小鼠睾丸组织,进行SCGE试验。结果除MDMA低剂量组外,其他剂量组均使小鼠睾丸组织彗星细胞出现率升高,使彗星细胞迁移度增加,与阴性对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同剂量组之间的差异也具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MDMA在本实验剂量内对小鼠睾丸组织细胞DNA有一定损伤作用。
OBJECTIVE: To detect DNA damage of testis in male mice exposed to MDMA by single cell gel electrophoresis (SCGE). Methods MDMA low, middle and high doses of three dose groups and negative control group (saline) were given intragastrically for 14 days. The testicular tissue of mice was taken for SCGE test. Results In addition to MDMA low dose group, the other dose groups in mice increased the incidence of comet cells in testicular tissue, migration of comet cells increased, compared with the negative control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01); different dose groups The difference between the two groups was also statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion MDMA has a certain damage effect on the DNA of testicular tissue cells in this experiment.
