目的探讨冠心病的社区及家庭预测,提出早期干预措施;通过预测阻断由无症状性冠心病向心绞痛、心肌梗死、猝死的发生;网络示警使初显症状患者及早得到医疗服务。方法采用静态、负荷心电图全面检测,抽取血样标本(疑似患者中进行),致患因素及相关症状问卷调查,身体体格普查及构建示警平台;组成医疗小分队,深入岳阳市平江、华容县、岳阳楼区12个乡镇,帮助社区中心卫生站对40岁以上中、老年人,建立冠心病症状示警电脑平台。结果检测78989人,占12个社区总人口19.98%,占40岁以上中老年人95.52%,综合各种资料诊断冠心病1594人(2.02%),疑似冠心病2387人(3.06%),曾出现轻微症状但未证实,追踪人数3985人(5.04%)。结论社区预测能争取早期发现各型冠心病,网络示警能及时阻断心绞痛、心肌梗死的发生发展。
Objective To investigate the community and family prediction of coronary heart disease (CHD) and to propose early intervention measures. To predict the onset of angina pectoris, myocardial infarction and sudden death by asymptomatic coronary heart disease (CHD) by predicting the onset of early onset of symptoms. Methods The static and load electrocardiogram (ECG) tests were performed to collect blood samples (suspected patients), the risk factors and related symptoms questionnaire survey, physical fitness screening and the construction of alarm platform. The medical teams were formed and went to Pingjiang, Huarong, Yueyang District 12 towns and villages, to help community health center stations over the age of 40, the elderly, the establishment of coronary heart disease alert computer platform. Results A total of 78989 people were detected, accounting for 19.98% of total population in 12 communities and 95.52% of middle-aged and elderly people over 40 years of age. A total of 1594 people (2.02%) and 2387 (3.06%) suspected coronary heart disease Slight symptoms but not confirmed, tracking the number of 3985 people (5.04%). Conclusion The community prediction can strive for early detection of various types of coronary heart disease. Network warning can promptly block the occurrence and development of angina pectoris and myocardial infarction.
