改革开放之后的几十年时间,对于中国当代审美文化的转型来说,显得短暂而珍贵。此段时间的文化转型速度之迅猛,在某种程度看,已经超越了自身的范围。正是由于这种超越,使审美文化具备了时代的特殊性,它不再局限于以前传统文化的束缚,而是努力朝着开放性,世界性的方向发展,与国际接轨。因此,当代的审美文化打上了时代的烙印,具备了双重特征:转型期的审美文化既生长在中国当下的文化历史背景之中,又深受西方及外来文化的影响;既体现了整个社会审美意识的变化,也代表着大众审美意识的普遍追求,呈现出复杂化、多元化的审美状态。从对生活中的微观体察到国家政治、经济、文化的宏观把握,不难发现,中国当代审美文化已经在时间的浪潮中逐渐的完成着整合与分化。政治、经济、文化保持高度一致的时代已成为历史,全国人民在任何时间、场合都说同样的话的场景也逐渐隐去。当代文化,尤其是当代审美文化,已经日渐独立,向着平面化、娱乐化、消费化的方向发展,不再作为一种工具,受控在政治家的手中。

Therefore, the contemporary aesthetic culture is branded with the times and possesses the dual characteristics: the aesthetic culture in the transitional period is not only growing in the current cultural and historical background in China, but also being deeply influenced by the Western and foreign cultures; it embodies the entire social aesthetic The change of consciousness also represents the universal pursuit of the public’s aesthetic awareness, showing a complex and diversified aesthetic status. From the microscopic observation of life to the macroscopic grasp of the country’s politics, economy and culture, it is not hard to find that contemporary Chinese aesthetic culture has gradually completed its integration and differentiation in the tide of time. The era in which politics, economy and culture remain highly consistent has become history. Scenes where the people of the whole country speak the same thing at any time and place have also gradually disappeared. Contemporary culture, especially contemporary aesthetic culture, has become more and more independent. It is no longer controlled as a tool in the hands of politicians. It is developing in a direction that is flat, entertaining and consumerism.
