1998年3月,基金开元、金泰成功发行,这是我国历史上严格意义上的第一批封闭式基金,揭开了中国基金业发展的序幕。当年发行了5只基金,净值107.4亿元。2001年9月,我国第一只开放式基金——“华安创新”诞生,我国基金业发展实现了从封闭式基金到开放式基金的历史性跨越。之后,中国证券投资基金以前所未有的增长速度扩张。到2004年12月31日,我国大陆已经成立了38家基金公司,管理着161只基金,净值总额合计3246.40亿元;其中,沪深股市共有封闭式基金54只,其中沪市25只,深市29只,基金净值总额达到了809.73亿元,107只开放式基金净值总额合计为2436.67亿元。
March 1998, the fund Kaiyuan, Kim Tae successfully issued, this is the history of China’s strict sense of the first closed-end funds, opened the prelude to the development of China’s fund industry. In the same year, five funds were issued with a net value of 10.74 billion yuan. In September 2001, China’s first open-end fund - “Hua An Innovation” was born. The development of China’s fund industry has achieved a historic leap from a closed-end fund to an open-ended fund. Since then, China’s securities investment funds have expanded at an unprecedented rate of growth. As of December 31, 2004, 38 fund companies have been established in mainland China and 161 funds under management, with a total net value of 324.640 billion yuan. Among them, there are 54 closed-end funds in the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets, including 25 in Shanghai and Shenzhen City 29, the net total fund reached 80.973 billion yuan, the total net open-end funds 107 totaled 243.667 billion yuan.
