“非物质文化遗产,是指各族人民世代相传并视为其文化遗产组成部分的各种传统文化表现形式,以及与传统文化表现形式相关的实物和场所。包括:传统口头文学以及属于传统口头文学组成部分的语言;传统美术、书法、音乐、舞蹈、戏剧和曲艺;传统技艺、医药和历法;传统礼仪、节庆等民俗;传统体育、游艺和杂技;其他非物质文化遗产”。2013春,根据市委市政府的要求,对事关民生、经济发展、文化科技教育等领域进行了调研,笔者作为邵阳市无党派人士联谊会的负责人,带领团队参与了此次活动,对我市八县三区一市的非物质文化遗产的传承和保护情况进行了较深入的考察和研究。

In the spring of 2013, according to the requirements of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, we conducted a survey on fields related to people’s livelihood, economic development, culture, science and technology education. As the responsible person of the Shaoyang Independence Association without party affiliation, I led the team to participate in this event. City and eight counties in three districts and one city of intangible cultural heritage and the protection of the situation conducted a more in-depth study and research.
