树脂锚杆具有承载快、锚固力大、操作简便和安全可靠等优点。目前已经用树脂锚杆支护了50多公里巷道和安装了15个井筒装备,此外,还在设备基础、皮带和管道安装、构筑物及采煤工作面的加固等工程中应用。淮南矿务局合成材料厂已专门生产不饱和聚酯树脂、锚固剂及金属杆体。树脂锚杆锚固长度的合理确定,关系到锚杆工作的可靠性、安全性及其经济效果。本文拟就锚固段的应力分布及有效锚固长度问题作一些探讨,并试图提出一种确定树脂锚杆锚固长度的简易方法。
Resin bolt with a bearing fast, strong anchoring, easy to operate and safe and reliable. Up to now, more than 50 kilometers of roadways have been supported by resin bolts and 15 wellbores have been installed. In addition, they are also used in projects such as equipment foundation, belt and pipe installation, structures and reinforcement of coal mining work surfaces. Huainan Mining Bureau of synthetic materials plant has specialized production of unsaturated polyester resin, anchor and metal rod. Reasonable determination of resin anchor length, related to the reliability of the bolt work, safety and economic effects. This paper intends to discuss the stress distribution of the anchorage section and the effective anchorage length, and attempts to propose a simple method to determine the anchorage length of the resin anchorage.
