为解决粉剂聚丙烯酰胺溶解速度慢这一难题,进行了粒度分布测定、不同粒度溶解试验,找出溶解速度慢的根本原因在于其在水中的不分散性,筛选出最佳分散剂PS和悬浮剂PF,再辅以轻油对粉剂聚丙稀酰胺进行改造处理,采用机械乳化法合成出悬浮分散型速溶聚丙烯酰胺,通过对产品性能的评价认为,PSF-2型聚丙烯酰胺合成工艺简便,有效物含量高,溶解性能达到同类产品的先进水平。
