随着社会经济的不断发展,第三产业即服务业的大力发展,促进了国民经济的进一步发展。在第三产业服务业的蓬勃发展下,新的经济理论不断涌现,其中,与服务业紧密相连的体验经济理论出现。在旅游企业中,体验管理模式是企业创新服务的新方式,体验管理有助企业提升服务质量,提高客户服务满意度。同时,采取体验管理模式可以有效地增强旅游企业在市场中的竞争力。在旅游开发中该如何应用体验管理模式是本文探讨的重点。
With the continuous development of social economy, the vigorous development of the tertiary industry as a service industry has promoted the further development of the national economy. Under the vigorous development of service industry in the tertiary industry, new economic theories are emerging constantly. Among them, the theory of experience-based economy is closely linked with the service industry. In tourism enterprises, experiential management mode is a new way for enterprises to innovate their services. Experiential management helps enterprises to improve service quality and enhance customer service satisfaction. At the same time, adopting experience management mode can effectively enhance the competitiveness of tourism enterprises in the market. How to apply experiential management in tourism development is the focus of this paper.
