采用同位素催化交换法制备了[G-3H]-河鱼屯毒素,并比较了催化气-液同位素交换反应与催化液-液同位素交换反应各自的特点。用薄层色层法分离、纯化产品,所获得的[G-3H]-河鱼屯毒素具有较高的放射性比活度和放化纯度。
The [G-3H] -defamycin was prepared by isotope catalytic exchange method, and the characteristics of the catalytic gas-liquid isotopic exchange reaction and the catalytic liquid-liquid isotope exchange reaction were compared. The product was isolated and purified by thin-layer chromatography, and the obtained [G-3H] -hemodialysis toxin had high specific activity and radiochemical purity.
