戏曲乐队中的琴师往往多用“领奏”“主奏”“骨干”等类词汇解释自己的职业特征。乍看起来并无什么不同。既为众所周知,何必再度申张,无妨换个角度看待自己。我作为琴师,认为“合”“伴”二字显得更重要更实在些。以陕西地方剧种而言,近几十年来乐队伴戏形式多种多样:传统大齐奏式,民乐配器式,民乐加电声,民乐加木管弦乐式,民乐与西洋管弦乐队混合式等。无论是什么形式组合,其目的只有一个--伴字当先,也是戏曲乐队最高最终的使命。在伴奏群体中的乐器多种多样,而琴师(即板胡演奏者)只是其中之一。
