随着社会的不断发展,现有的一些家庭防盗措施:如防护栏、防盗门,作为一种被动式防范手段,已很难有效地遏制犯罪的发生。有鉴于此,一种由联通提供通信网络,解决并发报警信号的实时接收;由托普集团以高科技为技术支撑,保障网络运行,降低用户使用费用;由太平洋保险公司提供劫后保险,促进社会安定团结,缓解人民内部矛盾;依托当地公安机关的,全国第一个覆盖全城区的城市综合安全防范网络已在成都市全面开通。网络时代的城市安防有了更加坚固的盾牌保护。
