故障现象一辆2011款途观车,装配CEA 1.8TSI发动机,搭载6速手自一体自动变速器,累计行驶里程约为3.3万km。客户反映该车定速巡行不起作用。故障诊断起动发动机并让其怠速运转,接通定速巡行开关,检查组合仪表上定速巡行指示灯没有亮起,故障现象与客户描述一致。接下来使用VAS 6150B进入网关安装列表检查故障,发现所有控制单元显示均正常。使用引导性功能进入转向柱电子装置控制单元,选择读取测量值功能显示组004的第1显示区,查看定速巡行开关是否正常。接通定速巡行开关后VAS 61550B屏幕显示如图1所示,表明定速巡行开关正常。
Trouble phenomenon A 2011 road concept car, assembly CEA 1.8TSI engine, equipped with 6-speed automatic manual transmission, the cumulative mileage of about 33,000 km. Customer reflects the car speed cruising does not work. Troubleshooting Start the engine and let it idle, turn on the cruise control switch, check the combination indicator on the cruise light does not light, the fault phenomenon and the customer description. Then use the VAS 6150B to enter the gateway installation list to check for faults and found that all control units are displayed properly. Enter the control unit of the steering column electronic device by using the guidance function, and select to read the first display area of the group 004 of the measurement value function to check whether the constant speed cruise control switch is normal. Turn on the cruise control switch VAS 61550B screen display shown in Figure 1, indicating that the constant speed cruise switch is normal.
