新时代背景下传统玉雕行业已经不能满足人们对审美精神的需求,这一问题主要体现在玉雕相关的人才培养方面。从当前情况来看,由于玉雕技术人员的操作水平只拘泥在传统理念上,并没有深入新时代人们对玉雕美追求的研究。特别是在现在的大型商场中,普遍存在都是一股古老陈旧的气息,让人看后觉得很俗套,没有一点创意,要想实现在经济转型背景下我国玉雕水平大幅度的提高,就需要在高校玉雕人才培养领域进行专业指导,创新玉雕培养方案,从而促使我国玉雕企业在经济转型下更顺利的发展。
