2014年7月,学生运动会科报会期间,笔者遇见了中国教育学会体育与卫生分会秘书长陈永利先生。陈先生对学校体育工作有着很深的感情。说到学校体育,陈先生谈起了最近教育部出台的“三个办法(《学生体质健康监测评价办法》、《中小学校体育工作评估办法》、《学校体育工作年度报告办法》)、两个标准(《国家学生体质健康标准(2014年修订)》、《高等学校体育工作基本标准》)”。陈先生认为,教育部出台的“三个办法、两个标准”是一组“实招”。文件加强了实效性与指导性,所提要求具体化、可操作性强,特别提到的六处要点,值得我们关注。一、校长要听体育课——每学期不少于4次大家都说学校体育工作开展的好坏需要看校长,校长重视与否
In July 2014, during the student sports briefing, I met Mr. Chen Yongli, secretary-general of the Sports and Health Branch of the Chinese Society of Education. Mr. Chen has a deep feeling for school sports work.
