90年代以来世界各国从事以2-氯-5-氨甲基吡啶为原料合成杂环杀虫剂的研究十分活跃,发表专利文献较多,其主要特点是在氯代吡啶分子中引入其它活性基因所构成的各种新的烟碱类杀虫剂。在氯代烟碱类杀虫剂研究中发现,在3-吡啶环上的6位引入吸电子的氯原子时,有很高的亲和作用和明显的杀虫活性。因此,6-氯-3-吡啶甲胺基是烟碱类杀虫剂杀虫活性所须具有的基本结构。
