目的:探索杭白菊中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件,并探讨其浸提过程的动力学模型。方法:采用单因素实验,确定杭白菊总黄酮的优化浸提工艺条件。在此基础上,采用适当的动力学模型对提取过程实验数据进行拟合,确定其浸提过程的动力学数学模型。结果:优化浸提工艺条件为:用40倍量70%乙醇80℃提取2.25h;优化条件下的动力学数学模型为:ln(Vs-V)=-1.8789t+0.8342(r=0.9957)。结论:所得浸提条件可用于指导杭白菊总黄酮的浸提过程的工程放大和生产过程的优化控制。
Objective: To explore the optimum extraction conditions of total flavonoids in Chrysanthemum morifolium and to explore the kinetic model of the extraction process. Methods: The single factor experiment was used to determine the optimized extraction conditions of total flavonoids from Chrysanthemum morifolium. On this basis, the appropriate dynamic model was used to fit the experimental data of the extraction process, and the dynamic mathematical model of the extraction process was established. Results: The optimized extraction conditions were as follows: 40 h 70% ethanol was extracted at 80 ℃ for 2.25 h. The kinetic mathematical model under optimized conditions was: ln (Vs-V) = - 1.8789t + 0.8342 (r = 0.9957). Conclusion: The conditions of the extraction can be used to guide the extraction process of total flavonoids Chrysanthemum enlargement and optimization of production process control.
