目的:建立气相色谱法测定阳春砂及其近缘种药材中醋酸龙脑酯、樟脑、龙脑3种成分含量。方法:使用HP-INNO-WAX Polythylene Glycol非极性毛细管柱(30.0m×0.32mm,0.25μm);柱温为程序升温,进样口温度230℃,检测器(FID)温度250℃。载气为氮气(恒流),流速为0.6mL.min-1。结果:样品中3种成分完全分离,线性关系良好,醋酸龙脑酯、樟脑、龙脑的加样回收率分别为101.2%,102.6%,105.8%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便快速、结果准确、灵敏度高,可有效用于控制阳春砂及其近缘种药材的质量。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a gas chromatography method for the determination of 3 fractions of arachidin acetate, camphor and borneol in Yangchunsha and its related species. Methods: HP-INNO-WAX Polythylene Glycol non-polar capillary column (30.0m × 0.32mm, 0.25μm) was used. The temperature of the column was programmed. The inlet temperature was 230 ℃ and the FID temperature was 250 ℃. The carrier gas is nitrogen (constant flow) at a flow rate of 0.6 mL.min-1. Results: The three components in the sample were completely separated and the linearity was good. The recoveries of borneol, camphor and borneol were 101.2%, 102.6% and 105.8%, respectively (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive. It can be used to control the quality of Yangchun sand and its related species.
