采用氧化物固相反应法制备x≤30%(质量分数)的不同xBi_2MoO_6-(1-x)Bi_2Mo_2O_9介质陶瓷材料,研究了Bi_2MoO_6掺入对Bi_2Mo_2O_9晶相结构、显微形貌和介电性能的影响。结果表明:烧结后陶瓷均为Bi_2MoO_6正交和Bi_2Mo_2O_9单斜两相混合,Bi_2MoO_6加入量对晶体结构和晶粒尺寸有明显影响;随着x的增大,xBi_2MoO_6-(1-x)Bi_2Mo_2O_9陶瓷的相对介电常数(ε_r)、品质因素(Qf)和谐振频率温度系数(τ_f)减小。0.3Bi_2MoO_6-0.7Bi_2Mo_2O_9在640℃空气下烧结2h,谐振频率7.72 GHz、ε_r=30.2、Qf=10 725 GHz、τ_f=1.6×10~(-6)/℃,具有优良的微波介电性能。
Different xBi 2MoO_6- (1-x) Bi_2Mo_2O_9 ceramic materials with x≤30% (mass fraction) were prepared by oxide solid-state reaction. The effects of Bi_2MoO_6 on the phase structure, morphology and dielectric properties of Bi_2Mo_2O_9 influences. The results show that the ceramics are both Bi 2 MoO 6 orthorhombic and Bi 2 Mo 2 O 9 monoclinic two phases mixed. The addition of Bi 2 MoO 6 has a significant effect on the crystal structure and grain size. With the increase of x, the crystallinity of xBi 2 MoO 6- (1-x) Bi 2 MoO 2 O 9 ceramic Relative permittivity (ε_r), quality factor (Qf) and resonant frequency temperature coefficient (τ_f) decrease. 0.3Bi_2MoO_6-0.7Bi_2Mo_2O_9 sintered at 640 ℃ in air for 2h, the resonant frequency of 7.72 GHz, ε_r = 30.2, Qf = 10 725 GHz, τ_f = 1.6 × 10 -6 / ℃, with excellent microwave dielectric properties.
