为探讨介入放射大剂量照射对操作者及患者的有效防护,采用NE2620型剂量仪测量的方法,对一种用于上球管“C”型臂床面活动下的X线机介入时的屏蔽防护装置进行了防护效果测量和分析。使用该装置可将主线束出线口至皮肤距离缩短为10cm,有效地控制散射线,使患者额部、甲状腺、腹部、性腺和下肢各点X射线照射量率减弱94%以上,大大减少了患者不必要的散射线;而介入操作者身体各部位照射量率均降低68%以上,其中甲状腺、胸部、腹部和性腺部位降低96%以上使操作者所受的照射剂量降低到最低水平。该装置不影响操作视野,制做简单,可有效降低操作者和患者受照剂量
