[目的 ]通过设计和制造防护装置 ,对介入用X线机采取防护措施 ,达到对介入医师有效防护的目的。 [方法 ]根据介入用X线机的具体情况 ,对手术现场X射线辐射区域进行分析 ,设计制造出有效的防护装置 ,并检测各种介入手术防护前后的辐射剂量 ,观察其屏蔽效率。 [结果 ]设计制造的“十”字形纵横屏蔽装置 ,对介入手术者身体主要部位的照射剂量由 10 0 ,3 0 0 μGy/h分别降至 0 .3 ,2 μGy/h ,屏蔽效率为 76.9%~ 99.9%。[结论 ]该装置设计合理 ,适用性强 ,防护效果好 ,适于推广使用
[Objective] Through the design and manufacture of protective devices, interventional X-ray machine to take protective measures to achieve the purpose of effective interventional physicians. [Methods] According to the situation of interventional X-ray machine, the X-ray radiation area of the operation site was analyzed and an effective protective device was designed and manufactured. The radiation dose before and after interventional operation was tested and the shielding efficiency was observed. [Results] The designed and manufactured “X” shaped horizontal and vertical shielding device reduced the dose of main part of the interventional surgery body from 0 0, 300 μGy / h to 0.3, 2 μGy / h and the shielding efficiency was 76.9 % ~ 99.9%. [Conclusion] The device is reasonable in design, strong in applicability, good in protective effect and suitable for popularization and use
