李×××,男,30岁,工人。婚后2年余不育,于89年9月26日至我所就诊。体重63kg,身高164cm,外生殖器检查正常,睾丸容积左15ml、右14ml。连续3次精液化验,量2.6～3.8ml,离心后末查见精子。睾丸活组织检查报告:生精过程停滞于精子细胞阶段。患者20岁时患“牛皮癣”,口服昆明山海棠片治疗,每次3～9片(每片含总生物碱1.6～2.0ml),每日服3次。采用间断治疗,服药1～2月后离情缓解停药,1～2月后病情复发再重复治疗。6年后服昆明山海棠片疗效不明显,改服昆明山海棠生药—六方藤,每日80g,水煎服,仍采用间断治疗又4年。建议患者停服昆明山海棠,两月后复查精液仍未查见精子,又过三个月,于90年3月7日及3月14

Intermittent treatment, medication from 1 to 2 months after the withdrawal from the situation to ease the disease, 1 to 2 months after the recurrence of disease and repeat treatment. 6 years after serving the Begonia Tablets curative effect is not obvious, to serve a crude drug Kunming Begonia - hexagonal vine, daily 80g, Shuijianbi, still using intermittent treatment and 4 years.
