企业中的知识资源不属于企业本身,而属于企业的员工。因此,企业知识管理的任务应包括从拥有知识资源的员工身上提取知识和选择知识。本文主要讨论的是基于对知识拥有者理想化假设的前提下,当前知识管理方面的文献所提出的方法是有限的。笔者将知识管理和知识工程进行了桥接,在知识工程层面分析了企业从员工身上提取知识(隐性知识和显性知识)的方法。
Knowledge resources in the enterprise do not belong to the enterprise itself, but belong to the employees of the enterprise. Therefore, the task of enterprise knowledge management should include extracting knowledge and selecting knowledge from employees who have knowledge resources. The main discussion of this paper is based on the assumptions of the ideal owner of knowledge, the current literature on knowledge management methods are limited. The author bridges the gap between knowledge management and knowledge engineering and analyzes the ways that enterprises extract knowledge (tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge) from their employees at the knowledge engineering level.
