行动研究,是指行动者在工作实践的情境中,有目的、有计划地对工作中产生的具体问题进行系统探究,融理论与实践于一体的一种研究方法。它通常包括“制定计划—实施行动—积极考察—反思改进”四个主要环节。近年来,行动研究已成为我国青少年研究特别是青少年教育研究领域中的新方法,也正逐渐成为了解青少年现状、解决青少年问题、促进青少年与其研究者共同成长的新兴研究范式。
Action research refers to a research method in which the actors, in the context of work practice, purposefully and systematically investigate specific problems arising from their work in a systematic way and integrate theory with practice. It usually includes “planning - implementation - positive investigation - reflection improvement ” the four main links. In recent years, action research has become a new method in China’s adolescent research, especially in adolescent education and research. It is also gradually becoming an emerging research paradigm for understanding the status quo of adolescents, solving adolescent problems and promoting the common growth of adolescents and their researchers.
