经常有人请我给产品提意见,我特别为难。一年前,有人请了位营销大师来帮我咨询,没想到大师并不提营销,而是给产品提意见。听了几句,我估计自己脸色很难看,因为他对产品太外行了,既不了解用户群属性与使用场景,也完全估错了我的产品模型,反复讲“我多讨厌这款垃圾产品”。然而你根本不是目标受众好吗?我有几个擅长做产品的朋友,每次问他们要建议,他们都先讲免责声明:我对你的目标用户群并不了解,你的产品规划我也不知道,随便说说,你别在意,我的看法很可能是错误的。这才是专业姿态。窃以为产品建议可以分为如下几类:
